Education and Lexington Community Education

“The education system we have today wasn’t designed for how we live today, but for a former era,” said Michael Horn, cofounder of the Lexington-based non-profit think-tank Clayton Christensen Institute for Disruptive Innovation and chief strategy officer at Entangled Ventures which offers innovative services to higher education institutions. He is co-author of “Blended: Using Disruptive Innovation to Improve School.”

Horn will discuss how schools can use blended learning to individualize learning for all students at 7 p.m. Feb. 15 at the Depot sponsored by Lexington Community Education. Admission is $10.
