David Miyashiro and Ed Hidalgo, the superintendent and chief innovation and engagement officer, respectively, at Cajon Valley Union School District in California, have dramatically overhauled how the district educates its students. All children explore over 50 different career paths over time starting when they are young to start to understand their passions and purpose and how they can best contribute in the world.
